Booking Policy

Deposits

A $20 non - refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits can be payed on site or sent to euniceboateng@hotmail.com through e-transfer, $eunique06 on cash app or esboaten01@gmail.com on zelle. A confirmation of appointment will be sent within 24 hours following your booking to confirm your appointment. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information in order to receive it.​

Location 

We take in-salon and mobile appointments. You will be asked to indicate your preferred mobile appointment’s location (your address) when providing your contact information. Please be advised that a transportation fee will apply. Transportation fees are as followed:

                        

  • In - Salon - Not Applicable

  • Bowmanville - $10

  • Oshawa - $15 

  • Ajax - $20

  • Pickering - $20

  • Scarborough - $20

  • Downtown, Toronto - $30

  • Other - Transportation fees will be confirmed upon confirmation of appointment

Cancellations

A 24 hour notice is required prior to appointment cancellations. Failure to adhere will result in loss of your non-refundable deposit. View ‘deposits’ for more information.


Late Fees

A 15 minute grace period is granted prior to the charging of a $15 non-disputable late fee. 
 

Hair Prep (Ladies)

Have your hair thoroughly washed and blow dried with very minimal to no products added.

Hair Prep (Men)

Have your hair thoroughly washed and detangled with very minimal to no products added.

Custom Hairstyles

‘Custom’ hairstyles are styles not listed as an option under the booking link. Please consult with me at least three days prior to your desired appointment date concerning the custom hairstyle that you would like to book. I encourage creativity!
 

Braiding Hair

Consult the description under your desired appointment type to determine how many packs of hair - and the preferred brand - that is required for your appointment.

Appointment Confirmations

You will receive a confirmation of appointment within 24 hours of booking. Please ensure that you provide the correct contact information to receive it. Your address, deposit and any additional information will be confirmed upon your confirmation of appointment.
